Drive for $5 Campaign
There has been many questions about our upcoming Drive for $5 Campaign that begins this next week. I did not have all of the information that I should have at the morning meeting. The Drive for $5 Campaign is kicking off next week and will run for the month of November. The goal is to increase the number of families that support the Council and generate additional funds for financial assistance for girls which will include membership costs, uniforms, books, and trips. There are 4 ways to make a donation to support this campaign which are listed on the postcard that will be mailed to all families next week. Donations can be made via the website, text message, mail into Council, or by giving a donation to the troop leader. If your troop leaders receive donations from their families, please have them turn the donations into you and log onto your service unit sheet that is a part of the attached information. You will be receiving a large envelope with a log sheet from your Membership Manager that you can use to record any funds from your troops. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email donate@gsofct.org .
